- Local latency is not a model pin. wfzyx/von markets a sub-15ms, non-autoregressive local drop-in for TypeSafe Jev. Useful as a door check. Dangerous if your eval log only says “Jev” and the weights quietly changed.
- Name the seat before you praise the fish. The poker-table essay is discourse heat, not a ship note — still a clean reminder: System One ranks inside your closed menu. If Choice can auto-act, the menu and the abstain path are yours to ship first.
